Unique "flip" mechanism attached to the bottom of each cylinder that drops down during operation to gain both ground clearance during traveling and lift height during system operation.
Convenient wireless control that allows the operator to walk around the vehicle or the campground to operate his system.
Control operates the jacks in pairs to resist frame twist or slide-out damage.
Four powder coated cylinders made at our facility capable of lifting 12,000 per cylinder with 12" of stroke not including the gained height from the fip mechanism.
One weatherproof hydraulic power unit with an American made marine pump & motor wrapped in a steel housing, allows the unit to be mounted outside in the elements so it does not take up storage space.
All necessary components and hardware for a complete installation!
Check frame height! Measure from the ground (on level surface) to the bottom of the floor along the frame (as high as the cylinder could go). Measure this for both jack locations, typically near the front of the trailer and behind the rear axle(s). If this measurement is between 30"-35" this part number should work (as long as there is room on the frame for the cylinders). If the measurement is 30" or less, recommend part #QEZ-9F for shorter cylinders down to a 24" frame height.
The "Flip" mechanism is only rated for 1,500 lbs. per foot according to the manufacturer.
NOTE: Flip systems are designed for trailers with a total weight of under 7,000 lb
